Over 200 VIP CARS gathered from all over Japan.
It was an irresistible space for VIP enthusiasts.

On August 10, 2025, the editorial team of VIPSTYLE―Japan’s longest-running magazine dedicated to modified sedans―hosted the VIPSTYLE MEETING SUMMER FESTIVAL. Over 200 VIP CARS gathered at Phoenix in Izumiotsu, Osaka Prefecture. Low-riding sedans lined up end to end, creating an irresistible space for VIP enthusiasts.

ALESS, Japan’s most popular dress-up car specialist shop, always exhibits at events hosted by the VIPSTYLE editorial team. Boasting an overwhelming inventory, ALESS is renowned for always having the car you desire. Popular not only in Japan but also overseas due to its export business, it attracts international fans.

Earlier this year, ALESS brought two current-generation Century sedans to the Tokyo Auto Salon, Japan’s largest event. They won the prestigious Best Sedan Award. Partly due to this impact, buying a car from ALESS has recently become a kind of status symbol.

At the VIPSTYLE MEETING SUMMER FESTIVAL venue, ALESS brought their pride and joy: a custom-tuned NISSAN CEDRIC. While its simple, high-end dress-up style catches the eye, the car’s biggest selling point is undoubtedly its suspension setup.

“The suspension uses adjustable coilovers, and we’ve also modified the arms.We also shortened the aero parts and cut up the fender arches to ensure it can always run at this low height,” explained Mr. Fujinaka, manager of the ALESS Aichi store.

Among the vehicles entered by owners at the VIPSTYLE event, many boasted low heights, but the ALESS CEDRIC’s ground clearance was unmatched.

The primary purpose of events hosted by VIPSTYLE is fostering connections between people. We organize these gatherings to create a place where those who love VIP culture can bond. However, as media, we’re also very interested in the cars everyone loves.

Therefore, the VIPSTYLE editorial team distributed voting slips to participants and presented awards to the 10 vehicles receiving the most votes.The three cars pictured below are the ones ALESS voted for. True to ALESS style, they selected cars with overfenders.

The overfenders had an impressive width and a great sense of unity, making it look really cool. I was also surprised by the dual calipers and thought the interior finish was high quality.

This car also has beautifully executed overfenders. The body is kept simple without color separation, using decals for accents – a big plus. The interior customization was also clean.

I loved the massive overfenders on this car too. The body color is a luxurious green. Painting the aero fins separately gave it a billet-like look that was really cool.

Having over 200 VIP cars gathered from all over Japan is truly amazing. Since ALESS specializes in VIP cars, seeing so many sedans lined up at the venue is really encouraging. I thoroughly enjoyed the VIPSTYLE event.
